How to create a public folder 

Zoho comes with Workdrive which is a file storage site.  You can create external public folders where people outside your organization can upload/download/edit files To do this login to www.workdrive.zoho.com   

1.  Create a folder under team folders

2.  Create another folder under that folder

3.  Check the second folder you created

4.  Select the share drop down arrow

5.  Select new external link share

6.  Give the link a name

7.  Select access level

8.  Set password, expiration, etc

9.  Select create

10. Copy link and send out
