To send a mass email from Zoho CRM

1.  create a template in setup/templates

2.  create a view of contacts you would like to send an email to

3.  select the list of contacts you would like to send an email to

4.  select send email

5.  select the template you would like to send the email to

6.  send the email immediately or schedule a time

1.  Look up the lead or contact

2.  Open up the lead or contact details

3.  Go to the contact's or lead's email section

4.  on the top right side of the email list (next to share emails) change drop down list to ALL

5.  You will now see the scheduled email

6.  click on it and edit the email
