You want to save a lookup of contacts
To save a lookup of contacts (group) in Zoho CRM create a view
1. Go to Zoho CRM
2. Go to the area you would like to create a view in. Here we will be using contacts
3. On the top left select the view drop down list
4. Go to the bottom of the list and select create view
5. Select the field you are basing your lookup on
6. Select the logic
7. Select the value you are basing your lookup on
8. Customize the column order you would like saved
9. Select who you would like to share the view with
10. Name the view
11. Select Save
